03. Fixed-Price Contractaring
Our fixed-price contracts include all standard inclusions as listed in your signed contract — foundations, framework, electrical, plumbing, tiling, cabinetry, painting, and all fittings. Any variations requested after contract signing may attract additional costs and must be agreed upon in writing.
04. 25-Year Structural Warranty
All homes built by Preet Boutique Homes come with a 25-year structural warranty. This warranty covers structural defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or third-party modifications.
05. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on design selection, block size, site conditions, and council requirements. Final pricing is confirmed in your signed building contract.
06. Enquiries & Consultations
Submitting an enquiry or booking a free consultation does not constitute a binding agreement. A formal contract must be signed by both parties before any construction begins.
